We've just stepped up the game on these 1KG cookies!
They used to weigh in at around 700g... that wasn't enough, so we went bigger! They are now 9 inches and weigh in over 1000 GRAMS!
Quite the challenge (or a casual birthday breakfast!)
The cookie base is made with real butter, organic flour and free range eggs, chunks of REAL chocolate.
We then cover the giant cookie in a thick layer of Nutella, enrobe that in proper Belgian chocolate and top it off with a mash up of Ferrero Rochers and Raffello then sprinkle over chopped hazelnuts and coconut! Delish!
