What is a brookie pie??: A cookie base with a brownie top, a big wedge of a filling inside (the fillings are now double the size) and they come in their own individual tray.

Amazing!

I have never had a bad Thomas cookie, I even ask for them for Christmas and birthdays when people ask what I want. This was my first time trying a Brookie pie and it did not disappoint! It was enough to share with my partner we had half each, warmed up with a bit of ice cream - even half a brookie pie is A LOT and I did feel sick after but it was 100% worth it. I tried the beuno, Reece’s & biscoff - all amazing. Will 100000% be ordering more in the (not so far) future. Goodbye summer body, hello insulation body.
