Good taste but bad service

I ordered it as a bitrthdat gift for my daughter who lives away. She said it was tasty.
However she iinly received the item 4 days after her birthday.
Firstly, I couldn't choose a delivery date from your website- only a dispatch date- I used the chat function to clarify this as I wanted it to be delivered on 11th - but didn't get an instant reply before I ordered. There was no update emails once ordered. However when I tracked it I could see it has only been despatched on the 11th - I was sooo disappointed . Even on 12th when they tried to deliver . She was inside the house but still didn't get the delivery and there was no note left to say you have missed a parcel. Eventually she got her birthday gift on 15th instead of 11th. So I won't be ordering from here anymore
